Business account
Register the business account, verify the email you receive, and sign in to the dashboard. If the message does not arrive, check spam and use the resend option. In Account > Settings you can update details, change the password, enable 2FA, complete KYC when shown, and request account deletion.
Creating and verifying a business
Add a business from the dashboard and complete the requested information. If you manage several businesses, select the active one. Ownership verification is requested from Settings when available and may require administrative review.
Profile, categories, and locations
Use Business > Settings to manage the logo, description, address, contact details, links, and social networks. Business categories use category, subcategory, and—when available—third-level category. They are separate from catalog categories.
Plans that include locations allow you to create, edit, import, and remove them. External review integrations may include Google Places, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, and Booking, depending on configuration and business category.
Reviews and replies
From Reviews you can view published opinions, reply when the plan and verification allow it, and report content. Plans with a monthly reply limit display and deduct replies used during the relevant period.
Review link, QR, and widgets
In Integration, copy the review collection link for emails, messages, or printed materials. The QR code can be downloaded as PNG at 512, 1024, or 2048 px. Widgets use the embed code provided by the panel and do not require exposing an API key.
Products and services
The catalog lists products and services together and can filter each type. If moderation is required, create a request and track its status. Businesses with direct publishing permission can create the initial publication without approval, although later changes to protected fields may still require review.
After a request is approved, the item remains unpublished until the business reviews and publishes it for the first time. Forms have a separate main image and a gallery of up to 3 images. Country is required.
Products support a model and SKU, GTIN, MPN, EAN, ISBN, UPC, ASIN, and Other identifiers. Services support a service area and service identifier. Links include the public website, product or service link, and up to two related links.
Bulk upload
Bulk upload accepts CSV, XLS, and XLSX, with up to 100 products or services per submission. Download the example and guide, use valid categories and countries, and provide public HTTPS image URLs. Errors are reported by row, and the upload follows catalog moderation and capacity rules.
Business API
When enabled by the plan, Account > Settings > API keys lets you create a named key, view its secret once, rotate it, or revoke it. The API can query and export reviews, rating, totals and star distribution, retrieve catalog metadata, and submit products or services. Per-minute and monthly plan limits apply.
WordPress and Woo plugins
The WordPress Widgets plugin inserts the Card widget through a block and supports placement, position, and excluded-category settings. It includes cache controls and optional error logging.
The Woo plugin matches products by identifiers, displays Califica.reviews ratings, and exports products. It sends the title, selected category and country, descriptions, identifiers, links, main image, and up to three gallery images, subject to business capacity and moderation.
Plans and catalog add-on
Current prices and billing periods are displayed automatically below this manual. Feature availability depends on the active plan. The catalog add-on is available only when the plan allows it and can be purchased using the billing periods shown in the dashboard. An expiry reminder is sent 3 days beforehand.
Requesting support
Include the affected URL, business name and ID, action performed, and exact error message. For uploads, identify the affected row. Never share passwords, API keys, or verification codes.
