This is our signature tapa, the tapa that gives the bar its name and the one we hold dearest. It looks like a simple lettuce but it holds 50 years of history. We do Andalusian, traditional cuisine. From a lomo in manteca sandwich to some chickpeas with chorizo and morcilla, including a prawn skewer. With more than 50 years of history, at El Lechuguita we work to faithfully represent the cultural tradition of the tapa. And we believe this is essential to preserve one of the strongholds of Andalusia, gastronomy.
