In the heart of Málaga, very close to the Roman Theatre and the Alcazaba, is Taberna Uvedoble, run by chef Willie Orellana. Tradition, quality ingredients and slow cooking, where we also remember how a late-night kebab tastes or a campero shared on the beach wall.
