Hasn't COME to convince anyone. She came because the neighborhood asked for it. Charcoal-grilled meats, flame-grilled rice dishes, hefty burgers. Everything goes through the fire. ALL AT ITS OWN PACE. Provolone cheese straight to the heat. Served melted in a clay pot, with chimichurri and braised cherry tomatoes.
